Beta terms

Effective

These terms describe use of the Tama Studio beta, a browser app from MosheMakes for exploring and saving kendama tama designs.

Using the beta

Tama Studio is experimental software. Features, access and design limits may change as it is tested. The app may have errors or become unavailable. Keep downloaded copies of work that matters to you.

Sign in with your own Google account. Access may require administrator approval. Use the app for its design features, and do not interfere with the service, bypass account limits or try to access another person’s account or data.

Your designs and artwork

You keep the rights you hold in the designs, text and artwork you provide. Only upload content you own or have permission to use.

By providing content, you allow Tama Studio to store, process and display it as needed to operate the app and provide its features. This permission is for running the service, including saving and previewing your designs.

Administrators can view saved designs and patterns and manage accounts during the beta. The privacy policy explains the information involved and how to request account deletion.

Preview and export limits

The 3D preview and exported files help you explore a design. They do not guarantee the color, finish, engraving depth, dimensions or appearance of a manufactured tama. Lighting, screens, materials and production methods can change the result.

Review a design and its production requirements before using an export to make a physical object. Saving or exporting a design does not place a manufacturing order.

Saving your work

Account saving, local recovery and downloads are available in the app, but the beta does not guarantee that every change will be saved or recoverable. Check the save status and download an editable design when you need a separate copy.

You can delete individual saved designs and patterns. For an account or data request, contact moshe@moshemakes.com.
